Direct Support Professionals

 

Primrose Center is a Non-Profit Organization that provides services to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities over the course of their lives.

 

Now hiring, Residential and ADT Support Professionals to work with developmentally disabled adults. The responsibilities of these positions include, but are not limited to, assisting individuals with every aspect of daily living (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene), transporting individuals to and from the ADT, aiding with employment skills, participating in community outings, implementing programs, assuring each person is treated with dignity and respect, and performing all other job duties assigned.

 

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or similar field, a High school Diploma/GED, must have the ability to verbally communicate, read, write, and interpret documents and instructions in English. Must be able to successfully complete a level 2 background screening and drugs screening, have a valid driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record.

 

Full-time and Part time varied shifts available.

Medical Appointment Assistant & Transporter

 

Primrose Center is a Non-Profit Organization that provides services to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities over the course of their lives.

 

Now hiring a Medical Appointment Assistant and Transporter who will be responsible for transporting and escorting individuals with developmental disabilities to and from their medical appointments, accompanying individuals while on their appointment, discussing individual’s needs and follow up with medical professional. Responsible for ensuring Physicians Report is completed and in hand before leaving the medical facility, as well as any other pertinent documentation, to include physicians’ orders and prescriptions. Responsible for ensuring all documentation is submitted to the Home Manager upon completion of the appointment. Must maintain confidentiality and ensure individuals are free from abuse, neglect, and or exploitation.

Community Affairs Coordinator

 

 

PCI is now hiring a Community Affairs Coordinator. The person who holds this position will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between PCI and the community. This position combines elements of volunteer coordination, marketing strategies to attract more clients/residents, and public relations efforts to showcase the facility through tours and events. 

 

Salary expected ~$40K

PCI is a drug free workplace.
