From Jake White, Primrose Center CEO

As I mark my first year as CEO of Primrose Center, I am honored to reflect on the incredible journey we have taken together. This past year has been one of progress, transformation, and renewed commitment to our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their highest potential. I am grateful for the support and dedication of our staff, board members, donors, families, and community partners who have contributed to our success.

Facility Enhancements Over the past year, we have made significant improvements to our facilities to ensure a safer, more welcoming, and enriching environment for the individuals we serve. From upgraded equipment and enhanced accessibility features to refreshed common areas, these improvements support a higher standard of care and engagement.

Strengthening Our Team People are at the heart of everything we do. We have strengthened our leadership team and welcomed dedicated professionals who bring passion, expertise, and innovation to our programs. Staff training and professional development opportunities have been expanded, ensuring our team is equipped with the best tools and knowledge to provide exceptional support.

Expanding Programs and Services In alignment with our commitment to continuous improvement, we have introduced new initiatives designed to enhance the personal and professional growth of those we serve. Our Adult Day Training program has been revitalized with enriched curriculum offerings, increased community integration, and a stronger focus on skill-building. We have also developed new partnerships that open doors for employment opportunities and meaningful engagement within our community.

Looking Ahead While we celebrate our achievements, we remain focused on the future. Our strategic priorities include further program enhancements, infrastructure improvements, and expanding our reach to support more individuals and families in need. We are committed to ensuring that Primrose Center remains a leader in providing compassionate, high-quality services that empower lives.

Thank you for your continued support and belief in our mission. Your contributions—whether through time, resources, or advocacy—are making a tangible difference. I look forward to another year of collaboration, growth, and success.

With gratitude,

Jake white
