Residential Support Facilities

Primrose Center has been offering Residential Services to our community since 1988.  During this time, numerous individuals have acquired the training needed to live a more independent and fulfilling life in their own home. Training provided includes: daily living, grooming and hygiene skills and cooking.  Our resident go on social outings year round and spend plenty of time with their families. Qualified staff are available at each home to assist with whatever supports are needed.  Currently, Primrose Center has 6 homes, serving a total of 54 people.

Supported Living Program

Primrose’s Supported Living Program offers support and opportunities that assist individuals with disabilities in experiencing full and rewarding lives as contributing members of their community. This is achieved with the assistance of a Supported Living Coach. The coach assists each person with finding proper living accommodations that suit the individual's wants, needs, and finances. The Supported Living Coach educates the person in any areas they choose, as well as enhances their ability to live independently.  These include things like:

  • Grocery Shopping
  • Money Management
  • Paying Bills
  • Household Chores
  • Self-Medication Training
  • Cooking
  • Using Public Transportation
  • Safety Skills
  • Advocating for Rights and Independence

Primrose has been providing this valuable service to our community since 2000.
