ICMC - The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Comprehensive Managed Care
The ICMC Program is a new way to receive services and supports from the Florida Medicaid program. ICMC covers medical care and offers similar services to the iBudget Waiver.

You should also know that the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) is actively seeking new enrollees for the iBudget program. APD’s website is the following: https://apd.myflorida.com/services/apply.htm
The three key criteria for eligibility in the ICMC program are 1) the person must be on the APD pre-enrollment list; 2) the person must be age 18 or older; and 3) the person must be Medicaid eligible. This last item is the one that seems to get complicated and can take some time, but if your son is already enrolled in Medicaid, getting into ICMC can happen quickly. If Medicaid enrollment is a problem, we can share some tips and resources for working through those issues.
